Sometimes people who are neurodivergent have navigated life by masking or camouflaging. Others may have engaged in mental health services due to difficulties with anxiety, depression or emotion regulation. If you are seeking an assessment for Autism, ADHD or Dyslexia, Katie offers collaborative assessments that puts your voice at the centre of process. Her assessments follow best practice guidelines to ensure an excellent quality service. Follow-up assessment support is also available. This allows for you to reflect and implement strategies that may improve your quality of life. Payments can be made in instalments for all assessment types.
Assessment Consultation
If you are unsure what assessment you require, an initial consultation will allow you to discuss your concerns or difficulties. This will inform the type of assessment that you may benefit from. The cost of this consultation is taken off the full price of an assessment. It lasts approximately 1.5 hours and can be done in person or online.

Adult Autism Assessment
Autism in adults can look very different in each person. Signs of autism may include, but is not limited to, social anxiety, feeling uncomfortable in conversation or unsureness about what others are feeling, burnout, hypersensitivity to sensory stimulation, regularly feeling overwhelmed, or having specific intense interests. It may also include keen attention to detail, and preference towards routine or sameness. Autism is very diverse and therefore some, but not all, of the above may be relevant to you. Identifying as autistic and seeking an assessment can be a therapeutic process. Katie's collaborative assessments are completed over a series of appointments. They also highlight strengths. Appointments include a diagnostic interview, standardized assessment questionnaires, interviewing an informant and a feedback session.
A comprehensive written report will be provided after the assessment with specific recommendations. Follow-up support after an assessment is also available.

Adult ADHD Assessment
Adults who struggle with attention, impulsivity, or hyperactivity may face challenges in their academic progress, work, relationships, and self-esteem. Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) refers to persistent attention issues, which may also involve difficulties with impulsivity or hyperactivity. Recognising these challenges is crucial to ensure the individual receives the necessary supports. ADHD assessments are completed over a series of appointments. Appointments include a diagnostic interview, standardized questionnaires, interviewing an informant, psychometric assessments and a feedback session.
A comprehensive written report will be provided after the assessment with specific recommendations. In some cases a cognitive assessment may be recommended. Follow-up support after an assessment is also available.
Cost €1200 or €1500 inc. cognitive assessment
Dyslexia Assessment
People with dyslexia can have difficulties with reading, spelling, and sometimes following instructions and memory. Dyslexia can impact on college, work and self-esteem. Assessments for dyslexia can be completed over one session. Screening for other difficulties may also be necessary (e.g. ADHD/Autism/anxiety). In some cases a cognitive assessment can provide additional information regards learning and may be recommended.

Cognitive Assessment
For individuals experiencing challenges in learning or developing other skills, a cognitive assessment evaluates intellectual functioning and can help determine specific cognitive strengths and weaknesses. It can also identify people who are intellectually gifted. It assesses verbal comprehension, visual-spatial skills, memory, processing speed and reasoning skills. This assessment can be completed over two appointments. After the assessment, a comprehensive written report will be provided, including clear recommendations on how best you may learn.
