Katie's Therapeutic Approach

Katie works collaboratively with her clients to achieve their therapeutic goals. As a Clinical Psychologist, Katie uses the scientist practitioner model; whereby theory and practice are integrated delivering an evidence-based approach. She is expertly trained in key skills such as assessment, diagnosis, consultation, formulation and intervention.

Katie offers individual therapy sessions aimed at providing support and guidance to adults dealing with various psychological challenges and mental health difficulties. Katie is an integrative therapist and incorporates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT). Her approach is relational, collaborative and respectful to the needs of each individual client and their unique context. 

Cost €120* for 50 minute session in person or online
